Reservations and Booking

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these terms and any posted house rules.
Bookings made through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb) are also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.

Payment

Payment terms, including deposits and balances, are determined by the booking platform used.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes may apply.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided at the time of booking.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available only with prior approval and may incur additional fees.

Use of the Property

Wanderlust Domes is provided for short-term accommodation purposes only.
Guests agree to use the property in a respectful and responsible manner.
Smoking is not permitted inside the domes.
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given.

Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
Wanderlust Domes is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay, except where required by law.

Nature, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge that Wanderlust Domes is a nature-based accommodation and may include uneven terrain, wildlife, outdoor features, and changing weather conditions.
Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those in their group while on the property.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the booking platform used at the time of booking.
No refunds are provided for early departures, no-shows, or weather-related conditions.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

Wanderlust Domes reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if:

These Terms and Conditions or house rules are violated
Guests engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior
The property is misused or damaged

Governing Law
