We understand that plans can change. This policy explains our approach to cancellations and refunds so expectations are clear for all guests.

Cancellations

All reservations are subject to the cancellation terms selected at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be completed through the booking platform used to make the reservation (such as Airbnb).
Cancellation deadlines, refund amounts, and eligibility are determined by that platform’s policies.
No-shows and early departures are considered non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in accordance with the cancellation policy associated with your booking.
Refunds are not provided for weather conditions, personal circumstances, or changes in travel plans.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
Processing times may vary depending on the booking platform or payment provider.

Weather and Nature-Related Conditions

Wanderlust Domes is a nature-based accommodation. Weather conditions, wildlife, insects, and outdoor elements are part of the experience and do not qualify for refunds. In the rare event that a stay must be cancelled by Wanderlust Domes due to safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control, guests will be contacted as soon as possible and appropriate options will be discussed.

Changes to Reservations

Requests to change reservation dates or details must be made through the booking platform.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Platform Policies

Reservations made through third-party platforms are also subject to that platform’s terms, conditions, and policies. In the event of a conflict, the platform’s policies will apply.
