How Gift Cards Work
Our gift cards give recipients the flexibility to choose dates that suit their schedule while enjoying a comfortable, four-season dome experience in a peaceful, private setting.
1. Purchase a Gift Card
Gift cards are purchased directly through our website in any amount. After purchase, you'll receive a digital confirmation and a downloadable gift card that can be emailed or printed.

2. The Recipient Chooses Their Dates
All Wanderlust Domes stays are booked through Airbnb. Therefore, the recipient must have or create an Airbnb account. Once the recipient receives the gift card from you, they can then browse availability and choose the dates that work best for them.

3. The Recipient Contacts Us Before Booking
Since Airbnb restricts hosts to apply external discounts at checkout, the recipient will need to make contact with us to use the gift card prior to completing the booking on Airbnb. The recipient simply contacts us through Airbnb messaging with the gift card holders name, gift card amount, and preferred stay dates.

4. We Apply the Gift Card
Once the message is received on our end, we are able to apply the gift card value as a discount, we adjust the Airbnb rate for those specific dates the recipient requested, and the guest is then able to complete their booking at the reduced price.

Gift Card Questions
What value can I purchase the gift card for?
Gift cards can be purchased in any amount. If the gift card doesn't cover the full stay, the remaining balance is paid through Airbnb at the time the booking is completed.

Does the gift card expire?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
​
Are gift cards refundable or can they be transferred?
Gift cards are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person if plans change.

Can I use my gift card for a promotional offer?
Gift cards may be combined with eligible promotional offers unless otherwise noted.

What about taxes and Airbnb service fees?
Taxes and Airbnb fees may be charged at the time of booking.

Lost or stolen?
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
​
Can I use my gift card over multiple bookings?
If an amount is leftover on your gift card after booking, it can be used towards a separate booking.​​
