About the Dome
Location & Area
All bookings are handled through Airbnb. You’ll see real-time availability, pricing, and instant booking options on our Airbnb listing. Our property can be found by searching Dropmore, MB., on Airbnb or by clicking one of the various links on our website.
Although our website provides details on the property, dome, and location, all bookings are completed securly through Airbnb.
At this time, we have one dome available for booking. During your visit, you may notice groundwork completed for a second dome which may be completed in the future.
At Wanderlust Domes, we prioritize two-night stays or longer bookings. However, if you’re interested in a one-night stay, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on cleaner availability, dome maintenance, and existing bookings.
The dome comfortably sleeps 4 guests. There is a king size bed on the main level and a queen size bed in the loft. A futon is available if needed for a fifth guest. For questions about housing more than 5 guests, either inside the dome or outside on the property, we ask that you connect with us ahead of time with your request.
Only registered guests listed on the booking are permitted. If you would like to bring more than 5 guests to the property, please contact us directly to make arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate.
Check-in begins at 3pm, and check-out is by 11am.
We do our best to adhere to our standard check-in and check-out times, as this allows our service providers with a window to complete property and yard maintenance. This also allows time for our cleaning team to prepare the dome for our next guests and ensure everything is ready for their stay.
That said, we recommend reaching out to us with your request, we will do our best to accommodate.
All Wanderlust Domes bookings are completed through Airbnb. For the most up-to-date availability, we recommend visiting our Airbnb listing, where you can view our live calendar and see which dates are available for your stay.
Weekends and peak seasons fill up quickly, so we recommend booking as early as possible if you wish to stay during those times. If you are planning a last minute trip and wish to stay at the dome with only a day or two notice, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate depending on booking schedule, cleaning staff, and dome maintenance.
Yes! You’ll receive clear, step-by-step check-in instructions 3 days before arrival so you can settle in with ease. Check-out instructions are automatically sent out the evening before your departure.
As much as we love pets, we kindly ask that the dome remains pet-free.
Yes we do. An axe is also provided for preparing kindling, along with a lighter inside the dome. However, we do recommend bringing your choice of fire starter.
Yes, a BBQ is provided on the deck with spare propane tanks either on or underneath the deck. We kindly ask that you let us know if a tank has been emptied so we know to have it refilled.
Your safety—and that of our service providers—is our top priority. If roads are closed due to bad weather, we’ll offer you the option to choose alternative dates for your stay or receive a full refund.
While the dome handles cold temperatures quite well, if we ever feel conditions could make your stay unsafe, we will reach out to discuss alternative arrangements, new dates, or a refund. We recommend contacting us directly if you have any concerns about the weather or cold.
It is possible for us to accommodate campers and/or tents on the property. However, we ask that you contact us in advance to make arrangements and provide further details.
Yes, free parking is available close to your dome. Vehicle plug in is also available.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the dome.
Gift cards can be purchased online through our website and are delivered digitally, making them an easy and thoughtful gift for any occasion. We recommend visiting the "Gift Card" tab on our website for more information.
Gift cards are non-refundable but may be given to someone else if plans change.
Our cancellation policy follows Airbnb’s guidelines and is clearly shown at the time of booking. Please visit our page on the Airbnb website to learn more.
