To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review the following policies:

Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM

This allows us enough time to prepare the dome with care for the next guest.
House
Rules
We ask that there be no smoking or vaping in or near the domes.
​
For everyone’s comfort and safety, all guests must be registered.
​
Please refrain from parties or using illegal substances on the property.
​
While we love animals, our domes are currently pet-free.
​
We kindly ask for quiet time after 11:00 PM so all guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
​
If anything gets damaged, just let us know. We understand that accidents happen.
​
For safety, open flames aren’t allowed near or inside the dome.
​
Bath towels are for indoor use only, so please leave them inside the dome. If you’re planning to head to the beach, we recommend bringing along your favorite beach towel!

If you’re planning any professional photography or filming, just reach out for prior approval.
​
We ask that furniture stays in its place so we can keep everything cozy and functional.
Guest
Policy
A minimum 2-night stay helps us create the best experience for each guest.

Campers or RVs are welcome only with prior approval (extra fees may apply).
​
Accidents can happen! For any major spills, a cleaning fee may apply. Just do your best to
clean up quickly, and let us know if you need help.
Cancellation
Policy
​​If your plans change, we completely understand! To receive a full refund, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 5 days before your arrival date to allow other guests a chance to book.​​
While we can’t offer refunds due to weather alone, your safety is our top priority. If road conditions become unsafe or closures prevent travel, you’ll have the option to reschedule your stay or receive a full refund.

If you're unable to use your reservation but would like to transfer it to a friend or family member, we're happy to help! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, and we’ll take care of the details. Please note, the credit card used for the original booking will still be charged.
