We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
Our guests may check in at 3 pm.
Check out is 11 am.
No smoking or vaping in or near the dome.
No parties or unregistered guest allowed.
No illegal substances.
No animals or pets.
Respect the 11:00 pm noise curfew.
Notify owners immediately of any damage to the dome or dome contents.
No open flames allowed in or near dome.
Bath towels are to remain in the dome.
Commercial film/photography is prohibited without written permission of owners.
Do not move furniture.
Minimum 2-night stay applies to all bookings.
A damage deposit of $250 will be pre-authorized on your credit card the day prior to your stay. Pre-authorization will be valid for 10 days.
No campers allowed on property, unless written permission granted by owners, additional fees will apply.
Additional cleaning fees will apply for major spills resulting in damage to the linens or inside liner of the tent. Please make a reasonable effort to clean up all major spills quickly and appropriately.
A $25.00 administrative fee will apply to process all cancellations and reservation changes.
All cancellations must be made at least 9 days prior to arrival date to receive full refund.
Cancellations made within 9 days will not receive a full refund unless we are able to fill the reservation from our waitlist.
Weather conditions will not permit cancellation or refunds unless road conditions make travel unsafe. In the case of road closures, guests will be given the option to book for a later date or receive a full refund.
Should a client be unable to use their reservation but would like to transfer the reservation to friend/family member requests for reservation transfers must be made within 24hours of expected date of arrival. Credit card provided on initial reservation will be charged.
