Darcy and his wife, along with Candace and her husband have each always enjoyed staying in unique places in their many years of traveling. Along with the love of traveling, Candace and Darcy always had the passion for creating and building. Then they came up with the idea of building domes at Lake of the Prairies. "We wanted to bring the feel of camping with the comforts of home. We wanted a location that provided activities for summer and winter." And just like that, the land purchased June 2022, construction soon followed. When asked what their future plans might include. They replied, that they hope to expand and build third dome. All while adding more amenities to the sites as they go. They are also wanting to introduce honeymoon packages for wedding rentals, ice fishing shack rentals for the winter. Even with all wonderful plans, they keep their heart and mind set on their values for Wanderlust Domes. "We hope to create a welcoming space that allows you to relax, disconnect and reconnect with the things that you love."
